Client industry — Content Creator / Personal Brand

A repeatable content system for a Facebook creator page

Social Media Management

My role: content planning, posting systems, format research & weekly performance tracking.

Challenge

Inconsistent posting, low reach, and no repeatable system for turning views into paid earnings on the client's Facebook page.

Goal & Strategy

Build a repeatable content and posting schedule, lean into the formats already working, and connect growth directly to earnings.

Execution

Set a daily content calendar, rebuilt the content mix around top-performing formats, and tracked performance weekly to double down on what worked.

About me

I run the social media side of your business like it's my own.

I'm Crislyn, a social media manager and GoHighLevel automation specialist working with coaches, agencies, and service-based businesses. I got here through hands-on virtual assistant work — managing inboxes, calendars, and client systems — before moving fully into content strategy and paid growth support.

My approach starts with research, not templates: what's your audience actually doing, what's already working, and where is the gap between your content and your bookings. From there I build a content calendar, a posting system, and the automations that turn attention into replies, calls, and sales — then I report on what moved and why.

Outside of client work, I run my own crochet brand, HookedByCassie, so every content and Shopify strategy I recommend is one I've tested on my own storefront first.

Keep inquiries, onboarding, and follow-up organized.

Before the content calendar goes live, something has to run the inbox, the calendar, the client records, and the follow-up. That's the work below.

Before & after

A clearer hook. A stronger conversation.

Two crochet posts with different approaches to the hook, caption, and call to action. Counts below reflect the supplied screenshots; they are individual post examples, not a controlled test.

BeforeRandom posting
Before: a single unplanned crochet post with a plain caption

Posted on a whim, no hook, no ask

A nice photo and a caption, published with no strategy behind the timing, the hook, or the call to action.

AfterStrategic planning
After: a planned crochet post with hook text overlays and a comment-to-get-link CTA

Built around a hook, a story, and an ask

Same pattern, re-planned with a scroll-stopping hook, on-image text callouts, and a comment-to-DM call to action.
